The documented successes of ensembles taught by Mr. Enloe serves to demonstrate his excellence in the teaching of music. Throughout his 34 year career, his ensembles at Fuquay-Varina High School, Middle Creek High School and Holly Springs Middle School all received consistent Superior ratings at NC MPA events. Mr. Enloe’s marching ensembles were equally successful, winning many awards for outstanding performances across North Carolina and the Mid-Atlantic states. Mr. Enloe had numerous students earn placements in the All-District and All-State Bands during his career. Additionally, Mr. Enloe served as a cooperating teacher for many pre-service educators, many of whom are still active in the NC Bandmasters
Membership. Mr. Enloe is still contributing to the growth of music education in North Carolina by serving as a judge and clinician for marching and concert bands, and as an instructor on the UNC Marching Tarheels staff.
