Rationale:
We are taking out mention of how/when payments are made so that it can be included only in the ŇFeesÓ section of the By-laws.

Amend:
* A. Students will be charged a fee of $15.00 to audition for All-State Honors Band. Only school, booster, or band director checks will be accepted.
To read:
á A. Students will be charged a fee of $15.00 to audition for All-State Honors Band. Only school checks, booster organization checks, money orders or cash with appropriate school identification will be accepted.
Rationale:
Because of the number of bounced/returned checks from band directorsŐ personal accounts, we will no longer accept personal checks.
Amend:
á C. If a school, band boosters or band director has had a check returned for insufficient funds twice, NCBA will only accept Money Orders or CashierŐs check for payment of fees.
To read:
á C. If a school or band booster organization has had a check returned for insufficient funds twice, NCBA will only accept Money Orders or CashierŐs check for payment of fees.
Rationale:
Change simply reflects earlier change of not taking personal checks from band directors.
